I'm suggesting that you can't place any price target without a resource in place - except for whatever has been defined already. Plus of course some value for upside potential.... hardly $290mil.

They haven't even announced an exploration target for the REE!

There is no resource in place for the REE, so simply suggesting a sp target based on this air is impossible.

Look, the company may be worth $290 at some point if they're successful, but predicting this before defining the resource is just a joke. Who knows what will happen with the REE 'potential'.
