Well, let's be clear. If we meet our contractual obligations we have the option to commit to the next phase or decide to leave.
We're assuming we will not have met it in account of the 3d not being shot.
If we don't meet our obligations, we go to the government to appeal for an extension. It doesn't just go automatically to bid.
We will be arguing covid and anything else the legal team thinks pertinent. If the government decides against us we can go to arbitration but that will cost us
If we can prove we have someone waiting to finish the works if there is an extension, that "should" go in our favour.
We're not there yet. Got a few months to go.
