Trago had 20% when Tullow were the Operator last year. When Tullow exited in January 2022, Trago went up to 53% (and Harmattan from 14% to 37%).. Trago have now sold down from 53% to 10% (this 10% being carried). The full deal for the Trago and Harmattan equity that Chevron now owns will never be disclosed. FYI - Grisham are not a part of the PEL90 JV. They own a part of Trago/InterOil; that one I have never quite worked out. Anyway, the JV is now Chevron, Trago and Namcor.
