What is going on?
The price has an upward surge this morning and all of a sudden the manipulator who was there a few weeks ago lobs back again.
Have a look at the individual sells @ $0.405, 9 separate sells of 28,268 shares????
Watch him immediately take them off screen if the buys get near him!!!
