BON will most likely be de-listed. Majority of share holders ,if not all, will accept offer either from MAK or UCL. We won't have enough shareholders to warrant a listing.
Quoted from The Age article about BrisConn, 'ASX spokesman Matthew Gibbs said the listing rules gave the ASX the discretion to request the delisting of companies if they did not have the spread of shareholders that allowed the liquid trading in their shares.'
