Stop trying to analyse day to day transactions so much. For all you know people might need the cash to pay their bills. You could speculate for an eternity.As one famous broker ( I forget who ) once said. "I cannot predict which stocks are going to rise and fall, nor can i predict when. However i do know that they WILL rise and WILL fall."
If you have done your own research and think the fundamentals of the company are solid and that it will grow, then buy. And hold for the long term and watch your share price grow with the company.
By the way i was advised in the long run that this companies share price should be expressed in dollars not cents.
