Well you obiously a slow learner and didnt learn your lessons.
You buy and hold stocks that are in an uptrend such as mak
You sell stocks that are in downtrends such as blr rau and sdl
If you havent learnt that basic lesson yet will not only miss out on potential gains ie mak rising further but you will get yourself into stocks that will make you nice losses.
The trend is your friend until the trend ends..remember that or fail
