mate you can't really value a spec stock unless it is actually making money/ your aim is to get in at the lowest possible price for a great story and future prosperity imo..by the sounds of things you don't seem quite sure of what to do with your money - my suggestion before you go any further see a financial planner and talk it over with him/her otherwise I don't like your chances particularly with these chopping and changing markets.
