    Correct me if I'm wrong...

    MAK announce that they are unlikely to achieve 50% of UCL.

    MAK also now advise that they are not well versed in Namibian law and need UCL to be a willing participant in the takeover before NCC can consider potential competition issues.

    If my interpretation of the ANN is correct, would those here now consider the offer serious and the management of MAK competent?
