MAK's management has a long and proven record of complete and utter non performance ... the only thing that can turn the story around and overwhelm this level of incompetency and its associated downward pull on the shareprice (and which is completely out of their control) is a rising tide of increasing food prices, similar to what happened in 2007.

NMDC has not dealt yet because time is their friend ... the value of the asset they are interested in becomes cheaper and cheaper by the day. Investors are being beaten to a pulp and will jump over each other when the lifejacket is finally thrown.
