they are a poor country , they steal some of there production and its there major industry, so im sure they want to help the west out by cutting prices. the only dominant supllier on the planet to cut prices.... maybe they could also get saudia arbia and iran to reduce oil prices.
Im sure they will increase production. But they wont kill the price, if they can get 400-450 a tonne now they aint gunna do twice the work for half the price....
