Yeah there's no bid today but as the bidding process played out the BON directors could've/should've played the two bidders against each other to get the best deal for their shareholders. seals doesn't seem to be around today to put forward the BON viewpoint but I doubt he'd be happy that directors were accepting while recommending no action (I'm assuming it was at the same time).
Don't get me started on the UCL non bid, they've now been allowed to spoil the last week of the original MAK bid (the period when acceptances roll in) without making an actual offer.
Hopefully MAK get past 50% in the next few days and it's all irrelevant.
