agree seal, would get 50% pretty easy imo. the rest would be harder as many have paid $1 plus for shares and would be reluctant to sell at loss. offer at say 30-35, then raise it to 40-45 would get 50%+ (maybe 43cents would get a heap as this was the level of the big raising from memory).
