    MAK have bought Lundin's share of UCL, currently 9.64% with a scrip deal. This puts the cat amongst the pigeons!

    If UCL had have left the BON offer open MAK might have been able to accept and get control immediately! Did UCL know this was coming? Perhaps so as it seemed a bit odd not to extend when they were so close to 10%.
