How terrible Phil. ANZ are shockers. Also, apart from owing you the value of MAK @ $10m or more they will also owe you X years of other trading and investment income and gains you would have otherwise generated had they not seized control of your capital base.
I hope you have a gun lawyer. Maybe a program like Four Corners without the advertising ties would be interested in this story.
