Phil, wish you all the best. I read somewhere that ANZ are playing dirty, by telling law firms in Melbourne that they are regular clients of, that it 'would not be in their business interests' (or words to that effect) to take on class action litigation.
I would love ANZ to have to acquire a few hundred thousand on the open market, a couple of years down the track when MAK are an order of magnitude higher than now.
