jdvictoria, we dont need to be guessing what it entails, AD spelt it out. Its money required for infrastracture to mine and sell the DSO when all along we assumed it was for capex for the entire project and not taking into account the DSO, heck we thought we could go there and dig it ourselves for next to nothing. So now DSO is critical
