A little patience, those Capex figures were overstated by the company IMHO, they had no choice, if they understated with options due to be converted and the Capex figures were subsequently more, courts could become involved as it could be said they were induced into converting.
And remember that villages,plant and equipment could/should be available as some companies are doing it hard.
