Just trying to get my head around this buyout offer from MAK. So...

Just trying to get my head around this buyout offer from MAK.

So MAK put an offer into buy BON out for every 10 BON shares we get 1 MAK which at the time of the offer would have valued BON at X value - I get this part.

Question: Since the offer was made both BON and MAK share price must have changed somewhat. So will it still be a 10 to 1 offer regardless of what price both MAK and BON are??
