    For any UCL holders even considering accepting the MAK offer, just bear this in mind. The market is not at all happy with this proposed merger from MAK's perspective (the share price has fallen over 25% since the offer was put on the table. It is highly likely if successful MAK's shareprice will fall even further from its current multi year lows.

    MAK always over promise and under deliver. Accept at your own peril.
