    NMDC won't deal with MAK whilst the UCL deal is on the table. Why would they when the share price looks set to drop further opening up the option of an aggressive takeover could deliver all of MAK at bargain basement prices? Most MAK holders would probably sell at 40c after the current beating. NMDC will do nothing to stimulate the SP of MAK.
