its all speculation on my part just like many others here do at times ,but the $22.50 per share for sirtris quoted is not the way to look at it . the article didn't state how many shares were issued but the 700k plus for takeover is the relevant figure representing market cap. and its not just the %85 premium stated . if you go to my last post read the article again they were in touch for over 3 years and interest building mostly 12 months prior so i imagine the price would've being lot lower and climbed on anticipation .
so to look at obj price now and add %100 premium is no where near what i would be if things do go as good as i and many hope .
all we need is a couple of substantial announ and .30 not unrealistic in my view then let the bidding begin
