Bravobrad, of couse they would have been better buying on market if they could get them but how much do you think they would end up paying to acquire 15% of the company?
MB are not traders, they are long investors and thos is the development phase where mining juniors bring on the long term types who have been avoiding the exploration risk. Placements is how it is done.
