Seems MAK is contending that UCL has NOT COMPLIED with Section 630(3)of Corporations Act. The upshot being, according to MAK that:
"...all acceptances of the (UCL Takeover) Offer (of BON) are VOID and....such acceptances must not be registered..."
Further, MAK advises that those BON holders who have accepted UCL's offer (7.91% to date or 15,066,203 shares)are now free to accept the MAK offer.
Very close to the wire.
Interesting to see the outcome of this legal joust.
