rinker was a totally different trade.
that deal was denominated in US dollars, but they did retail a favour by saying that up to a certain limit (might have been $50,000) they would pay at a minimum exchange rate.
The market price was largely set by instos - and was referrable to the USD price.
But retail was getting a better deal due to the fixed price offer.
So you could scalp some money as a retail punter buying on market and accepting into the offer.
