ASIC all over the news today about how utterly useless they've been as a corporate regulator.
I just saw an interview with a former lawyer who used to work in ASIC and he confirmed how useless they were.
$70m will be pumped into ASIC to increase their powers and hopefully effectiveness.
Hopefully this will compel them to do their job from now on. Good timing regarding a potential investigation into recent events with AHZ.
I'm still waiting for the new Top 20 shareholder list, though I have a feeling we won't be getting any more updates with this on the Admedus website. So I've sent a request to the company for a copy.
