So 17 years later, the top tax rate finally changes but only up $10k, that's a big smack in the face to anyone who's had a go in this country. The top tax rate is far too high(47% is obscene) and cuts in way too low($190k is a joke), the number of Australians that have moved into that tax bracket since 2008 despite having no real wage increase is significant, it's a shame so many do nothings think their path forward is to steal from those who actually have a crack
