I like this paragraph:
Focus will grant to the vendors, Semro Pty Ltd, five million fully paid Focus shares and $2 million in cash payable in $80,000 instalments over 25 months.
IMO, Semro Pty Ltd must be very confident that Focus share prize will skyrocket after we mine the land, otherwise they will not sell the land for 5 million shares on top of the 2 mil in cash, but rather ask only for cash - no shares...
5mil shares multiplied by 0.08 cents equals AU$400,000...
how about 5mil shares multiplied by AU$1...and 15 mil later on for the rest...?
Only my opinion...what the rest of you think...?
