Not wishing to dampen your enthusiasm, and what you say does make sense, but this can go 2 ways... $2M cash for Semrad just in case "touch wood", its a dud.... Semrad would have also had the option to sit on this and wait for results at depth and demanded a higher price / more shares if they did find an elephant.. I think Semrad hedging their bets. I think focus locking them up before drilling is undertaken and they would have to bear a much higher fee for the 25%

anyways, as a holder i like your hypothesis better than some above for my portfolio so i'll agree with you...
