So what some of the MMR holders might be missing is that David Breeze controls the outcome for the inspecie distribution vote regardless of what the current directors want. Why you ask?
Breeze et. al own about ~8% of MMR, Jones et al. own about 5%, (13%) Breezes' other allies (who still back him from the time he was director) who would vote with him may bring him over the 50% mark. '
This is why the current directors are supporting it. Otherwise they wouldn't really want to if they had the choice. Also, this is why Breeze will be voted in as the director.
The shareholder votes are a bit of a farce if you are a small shareholder, your vote is heavily diluted by the other substantial shareholders.
