I think we're missing the point... Flambeau is right and we all know it - MMR is a dead duck without PEP11. Looking for othe rinvestments does not have to be to the exclusion of PEP11. If David still goes ahead with the distribution, it would be for good reason and upside for MMR holders in the end. As I have mentioned prior, we would stand to have our interest in PEP11 reduced by MEC's "new investment mandate" anyway and also by losing opportunities to invest further in Advent we would lose our upside.

I look forward to seeing the statement from David et al detailing their intentions for the company.
