I am not surprised with LCY ann in relation to appointing a corp advisor. They will be looking at acquiring Mt Bev before it gets too big to chew! Thats whats going to pan out. In relation to what they will offer, I cannot guess but usually lower than what everyone expects...
I think last round of CR raising by HAW didnt please LCY as they were also offered 1.5mil shares. For this reason LCY delayed the IO upgrade to hinder the CR success. This turned out to be in HAW favour.
LCY will not stop piss farting around and will make an offer for the Mt Bev. HAW would prefer this to go on with GOLD ventures (I tend to prefer to have Mt Bevan) and most likely will sell!
So...watch and see and position yourself accordingly...If Mt Bevan is taken, I will buy LCY!!!Mt Bevan is becoming a huge resource!!!!
