Seems like a big dose of "you the casino business become a de facto law enforcement agency and pay us, the state, for the privilege"
I'm all for reasonable rules and regulations and likely SGR got slack, but aren't state govts, which themselves pocket A LOT of money from casinos, really just trying to sidestep THEIR law enforcement obligations?
Is it really any business's responsibility to ask their customers...hey, how'd you get your money? It IS the business's responsibility, to sell them as much product as they can!!!!
