I think its a good sign that they are releasing earlier than expected, my taking is that they can sell it as label extention in EU AUS etc as soon as it's proved a success...i would think that they don't want to waste anymore time and get this up and running...also by now with this last phase, they pretty know it works, just by how much...New management wants to get it out there as quickly as posible, they know mkt fed up with delays...
