The technicals are great. Momentum is strong. The stock has clearly broken through all previous resistance.
But its the fundamentals that i follow and its the fundamentals that will make ACS shareholders very very wealthy.
Read up on MGX/Sinom sale 18months or so ago and see nearology of that asset - Extention Hill - to ACS.
ACS speak regularly to Sinom. I speak to ACS mnmgt prob once every month. I spoke to company very recently. It is a no-brainer. They will get $100mn for 150mt+ of magnetite. With 100mn shares, $100mn = $1 share price and its only 1 of 2 excellent iron ore projects.
As a comparison to all other fe companies (FDL, MDX, UMC, TLM), mkt cap deserves to be $60mn bare minimum. Thats $0.60. 100% upside from here on the heads.
But as ive said, mnmgt and mngmt 'people' took the placement 10-11 months ago and they absolutely control the company. They will continue to drive up the SP to the 60's leading into both Katanning and Mount Gibson drilling results.
