As you can see announcement from 2nd April:

"Payment of the dividend will be subject to achieving a minimum level of participation by shareholders in the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP). The level of participation presently exceeds 60% of shares on issue.If in the period immediately prior to the ex-dividend date (Monday 6 May 2019), the level of participation is materially below 65%, subject to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the ASX Listing Rules, the directors reserve the right to terminate or postpone the proposed dividend."
