The multiple of 5 is low compared to most companies of 10-15 times.
Also 50% discount was used so all that can be paid.
Even if you went $120m times 6 which is $720m less $200m debt is still $520m market cap. Take 30% tax off as well is still $360m.
Still not $100m.
Doesn't include any growth etc.
make that $10.5m EBITDA - times 12 times 5 is over $600m market cap, page-10
