Agree with the clerical error theory when only 14m shares were traded on the day. Data has been prone to massive (and minor) errors as per below. Although I reckon Mr Shorter may have been active next day when that massive 5%+ parcel went through. Since we haven't seen a significant shareholder notice come through for a sole buyer it may be the parcel was split up between various buyers including Mr Shorter. Today's data will be interesting.
