Mark Mcgowan WA premier has announced cash incentives to vessels fuelling up @ Pibara hub. As shipping requirements come into being re: use less carbon fuel, more may choose to use WA, "clean" fuel. Good move, smart man imho. CVN have already proven up some decent gas oceans & heaps more to come. GO Cookie!
