Hi magpie, I believe STO are moving towards start of FEED not completion.. As stated in their last quarterly they expect FEED to commence now in early 3rd quarter. So pre- feed enquires are clearly nearing completion and we may in for an imminent announcement of FEED commencement before end May ( if ahead of estimate) or shortly thereafter. Cheers!
