Your post certainly got me thinking but it wasn’t meant to be a conspiracy theory.
However, I did find it strange and unexplained why (a) Jendry stands for election but doesn’t provide shareholders with a compelling reason to vote for him ..... other than “he knows people!”, and (b) why Nero was so determined to prevent Debra Bakker from being elected .... without explanation.
So, did Jendry and his group want CVN to attain their funding from CR in preference to bank financing? if so, why?? Is there a link between Nero and Vinva?
I think we need Inspector Morse or Frost on the job
