Page 16 of the Annual Report states:
"NuSep Holdings Ltd Board Charter and Corporate Governance Guidelines states in section 20.1 that the Company “will at all times provide timely and balanced disclosure of all material matters concerning the Company to its stakeholders”.
When added to the ASIC REGULATIONS, this statement adds weight to one of the 2 possibilities perviously stated.
ASIC matters would appear to not yet be resolved or they would have been disclosed if they had been.
