Its funny how employers can say "there are plenty of workers who liked AWAs".You must operate in a different industry to me,i would struggle to find one.
To pay above the award in the building industry in NSW/VIC is no big prize.The award is outdated by about 13 bucks an hour,not that i keep an eye on it.That's why i get my back up when people say "no workers could be worse off under workchioces".
Not true.
Its all in relation to the award.
