I believe in protection for the employee, but having a fair balance.

Look at Ansett...best paid waiters/flight attendants at the time, unions wanted more and more till it went broke, not 100% union's fault, but had a big part.

I did not agree with a few things in Workchoices. But disagree in unions having more power, especially some of the thug ones in WA. Look at Commy Paul Howes!! looking after employees, yeah right!

Bottom line is FAIRNESS, the issue is striking the right balance.
