A year or so ago posters were saying SDL needed a capital raising so it doesnt run out of money while in negotiations with others. Every company needs cash to continue operations.
But is this a resource exploration company? When were the last drilling results? So long ago.
Is this a resource development company? What has management done besides clear a few trees?
There is no action from either area because they are struggling to make the transition so they sell 100% cheaply.
Maybe they should go to jail, or just retire and stop using company funds to travel overseas in their retirement years.
