100 shares at $15 traded again today. CBDNF seems to have been 'parked' here with a minimal daily trade. Presumably this will continue until non-market makers notice the stock.
That would require a publicity campaign based on building a few installations somewhere. These installations would have to demonstrate CBDNF's capabilities in planning, design, sourcing, construction and maybe operation coupled with financing.
That would likely take a few months minimum.
