changing to buy.... 2014 is going to be all about production which is what the company wants.... All other stuff to be done by the end of this year... QTR 2 2014 this stock will run....

Customer Approvals Complete with already most customers signed up(25)
Remaining Issue: Waste. Within a few months LYC will have a sales agreement as Waste has been converted with independent groups saying its not toxic and safe... Market Trials already underway and performing...
This will lead to a production focused 2014 with a serious ramp up in QTR 1 2014 hence my belief of a Share price run in QTR 2....
Rare Earth Price has bottomed and will move higher SLOWLY but still higher...
