Crazy statement re banks etc. This is well advertised and predicted loan. If anything it is a massive vote of confidance that the banks will loan 1/4 Bil to a company that has almost no revenue.
The drawing down of this loan is noting but a good sign for the management and progress todate. At current prices it will be paid off in three yrs.
