3.Those who where "Dismissed", thanks but "Blackmailed" would be a better "Word", would never have let the Litigation Funders receiving ~US$23 million - ~26% of the Total Settlement and a "Materially a Greater % of what Indiana Shareholders receive". Such large payment could have been "Materially Reduced ", if Indiana funds had been applied to do a "Partial Repayment" to our generous Litigation Funders. However, Bonus's etc were being paid after we all Diluted last year when ~$5m was raised.
