MEOs big placement is a good thing...
It lets those farmin partners know that MEO means business...
The placement does a few things,

1)It reduces MEO's reliance on a major farmin partner
2) and most importantly, it signals to those farmin partners that MEO can now do it alone, meaning that they cant bully MEO into a deal that favours that farm in partner...

good outcome IMO...
with the high costs associated in offshore drilling, there would be many dilutions along the way regardless...
So that aint really an argument...
